Located in Huangyan, Zhejiang, the famous “hometown of molds”,
Taizhou Huangyan Dedao Die Co., Ltd is committed to design and manufacture
stamping dies for automotive sheet metal parts. The company enjoys
an advantageous geographic location and ready transportation facilities,
facing Taizhou port in the east, China National Highway 104 in the
east, Taizhou airport in the south and a highway exit in the north.
Dedao focuses on manufacturing of stamping dies for internal auto
covering parts, and plays a leading role in stamping dies for high-strength
sheets in China. In addition, we have made intensive study on progressive
dies, transfer dies and tandem dies, enjoying a wealth of manufacturing
experience. Moreover, the company has become a designated die supplier
for renowned auto enterprises like Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen
and Shanghai General Motor.
At present, we have two manufacturing shops, with a covering area
of more than 8,000 m2 and a usage area of over 6,000 m2. We now employ
150 members including 15 designers and 80 bench workers.
We have advanced manufacturing, processing and testing equipment,
the largest CNC press table being 4200*2800 and the largest oil press
table being 4200*2500 with a maximum tonnage of 1250 metric tons.
